The Brief
The client had already committed to a two-year plan on the Webador website builder, including a domain and professional email, so switching platforms was not an option.
The Challenge
Webador's functionality is limited by design. Several features the client needed — a custom course registration form, specific interactive behaviors, and a seamless booking flow — simply weren't available out of the box. The task was to build a visually cohesive, fully functional website within those constraints, without asking the client to pay for additional services or subscriptions.
The Result
Every requirement was met. Custom HTML was embedded directly into the site to extend Webador's native capabilities and unlock interactions the platform doesn't support by default. The course registration form was built in Tally.so and connected to Zapier and Google Calendar — creating a fully automated booking pipeline that costs the client nothing to maintain. No monthly fees, no third-party subscriptions, no manual work.
